In response to the Association’s civil action filed on May 13th against Big Canoe Company, LLC and Big Canoe Holdings Group, LLC, (1) (2) the defendants have now filed a “motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted”. The motion along with a supporting brief was filed in Pickens County Superior Court on August 7th.
And as noted in a previous post, (3) https://bcmatters.org/both-sides-now/ although this writer may continue to update this site as additional court documents are filed, no further comment will be provided.
